Dan LeRose, Formerly of The Coleman Company, Hired to Handle Eastern Territory

BEAVERTON, Ore. (August 25, 2008) – Reinforcing its commitment to provide first-class customer service, Yakima, manufacturer of vehicle rack solutions for boats, bikes, camping, winter sports gear, and cargo options, today hired Dan LeRose as regional sales director for the eastern region, effective immediately.

LeRose, who will be based in Boston, Mass., comes to Yakima with more than 14 years of experience in the retail marketplace, having most recently worked at The Coleman Company of Wichita, Kan., as a national account manager leading customer development efforts through sales rep agencies and with national accounts. Prior to joining The Coleman Company, LeRose held various sales and sales management positions at Vornado Air Circulation Systems, Inc., Andover, Kan.; and at Pezrow Consumer Products Division, Foxborough, Mass.

LeRose will manage the eastern region sales representative groups, growing and developing profitable sales and promotional strategies as well as lead the sales efforts for all customers in the eastern region. LeRose will also be responsible for managing several key national accounts and all Canadian accounts.
