Consumers Can Obtain Product and Vehicle Fit Information and Responses to Questions Any Time of the DayBEAVERTON, Ore. This leading customer service database management tool is easy to use; engages the customer in question and answer sessions; and links them directly to pages within the Yakima website that provides product specifics and vehicle fit information, as well as “where to buy”. When customers log on to www.Yakima.com, they can click on the new header title, “Support”, or click on the “Ask a Question” feature in the top right hand corner next to, “Contact Us.” Here, frequently asked questions are answered immediately and new questions are answered within two to four hours.
