      Used for 10 years - LOVE it

      Have used it for 10 years on my Honda Pilot. Before the fairing even the bars alone made to much noise, with the kayak holder it was unbearable. With the fairing I never noticed it again. Now I changed cars and need a new size so am buying another fairing. LOVE IT

      Great Product!!

      I purchased the 46” Windshield for the Yakima rack that came with my truck topper. The wind noise was unbearable. After attaching the Windshield, which was really easy and only took about 15 minutes, the wind noise is gone completely. Definitely a worthwhile purchase for any roof rack.

      a much needed fairing

      The fairing was easy to install and stops the whistling I was hearing prior to installing it. I bought the 40" fairing for my Toyota RAV4.

      LOVE THIS WINDSHIELD

      I have the old round bars on Q-towers on my 08 Jetta. Those round bars are loud as all can be, serious loud vibrating noise. Bought a 46" windshield covers tower to tower. ZERO wind noise!!!! Worth every penny!

      I installed the fairing with no problem. On my first drive the rubber feet on the brackets fell out. Not happy about that.

      Works great but the price...

      I've had the railgrab on my 11 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months rocking it without the fairing. It did produce some noise 65 mph and up and it that just got annoying. I broke down and got this Windshield. Easy to get on (10 mins). It is of okay quality but not for $100, all it is is a large flat piece of plastic with over designed zip ties. The only reason I haven't taken it back is because it actually reduces the noise.

      Like the noise reduction, but make sure it works for your vehicle/rail combo

      Bought the 40" Windshield for my 2013 BMW X3 (with factory flush-mount roof rails) and Yakima Ridgeline towers. The width of the Windshield seems right for the car. The reduction in wind noise over the bars is noticeable. However, the Ridgeline towers stand taller on my vehicle than the Railgrabs did on my last X3. And this results in the Windshield rotating under the bar and riding backward, at least once a trip. I think the Windshield needs to be at least 1" wider to help it resist this rotation. Fit guidance from Yakima could also be a little better. Overall, I'm glad I added the fairing for the noise reduction, but it could be better.
