Quick and Easy after the intital install
Review by FloridaGator1Card
This rack is very quick and easy to install, after you have figured it out for the first time installation and assuming you don't need to use the glass hatch hooks. I needed a rack right away and this was what the bike shop had in stock at the time, after I rejected some crazy $400 version from another manufacturer. The best news is that this rack is compatible with the Tesla model S, so I would fully expect it to be compatible with the Model 3 when that comes out in 2017. Just have to buy two additional glass hatch hooks (these do make the installation much more complicated and challenging, so be aware of this).
THE BEST TRUNK MOUNT
Review by CORY
Firstly, if you can mount the bikes on your roof or hitch, then go with that, but if you must use a trunk mount, then this is a good one. I have used this on my '05 Pontiac G6 (car) and '16 Kia Sportage (SUV) with mostly success. I did have one of the side hooks come off once, BUT the top hooks had no issue holding the weight until I could get to a rest area.
Sturdy. Much better quality than what the large retail chains are selling. Obviously, still exposed to weather over time, but much higher quality engineering and manufacturing.
Installation. Reading through the instructions and getting it put on is a pain the first time, but ever subsequent time is pretty straight forward.
Padding. Cradle padding will protect vehicle pretty well as long as the car is clean.
Multiple Vehicles. Product's hub should have an indicator on them so as to be able to quickly switch between multiple vehicles and consistently have the proper arm distance.
Silicone Strap Retainers. In a few months, two of the six silicone band retainers have snapped.
Inner bike. The inside bike's chainring rests perfectly on the arms. adjustable neoprene sleeve could be included or made as an accessory. Now fixed with a shop rag and zip ties.

I have had this bike rack not for about 1 1/2 years and it has worked great. The only problem I have encountered is last week one of the straps holding the bike down broke and one more is about too. Would recommend this for short term if used often.
Review by A Guy
After some frustration with an old bike rack, my wife and I got our hands on this one and it was easy to fit it to our sedan. Hauled our mountain bikes across the country on it when we moved to Moab, and had no issues.
The previous reviewer who stated that it will not hold two adult mountain bikes must just not have gotten creative with it: we loosen the neck and turn the handlebars parallel with the bike and it is not an issue. This takes about 1 minute total for both bikes.
